Jon Walker is an accomplished soldier who has served in the Joint Special Operations Command’s premier Special Mission Unit in JSOC. In addition, he has served in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment and the 82nd Airborne Division. His service with a U.S. Army JSOC organization took him to many parts of the world.

In addition to a long series of line assignments to elite U.S. Special Operations Units, Jon later served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, the G37 Training NCOIC for the United States Army Special Operations Command, working with all SOCOM organization and affiliated agencies. He provided technical advice and assistance to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command Operations Officer (G-3) on the planning, development and implementation of missions, policies, and plans to support global operations and training. He built a reputation for his ability to resolve complex mission problems and improve training methods.

After leaving active duty, Jon has worked in Special Operations Forces Technology and Services Acquisition initiatives related to advanced technology and training, as well as supporting forward operations in hostile areas of the world. He is an expert in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems, as well as identifying and integrating new technologies into America’s elite units. In this capacity, he has worked with every SOCOM operating entity and their related technology acquisition organizations.

Moreover, he is closely tied to the JSOC medical community because of his support of operations, and his own experiences when he was severely wounded on two separate deployments. Indeed, he has strong professional relationships and credibility with the medical officers at Fort Liberty’s premier JSOC organization and understands the value of speeding new lifesaving technology to the Force.

Jon has also served as a U.S. Army Ranger Instructor in the elite U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade. He has a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. He has received numerous awards for personal valor in combat for service and actions during multiple combat deployments to Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other regions of the world.
